Play With Intent
Seems to be heavily influenced by the Nordic LARP scene (with which I have only passing familiarity), but I find their language and some of the ideas about play to be very inspiring. In particular, I plan on using Cut and Brake cards in pretty much any game I run. (Print 'em, cut 'em, keep them with the rest of your 3x5 cards, and help everyone at the table feel safe.)
