Call of Cthulhu: Song of the Starwalkers
Back in '07, I ran a short-lived present-day Call of Cthulhu campaign. It only lasted for two sessions, but the intent was for the Investigators to start working with Delta Green, so I could finally get to use some of that excellent material. Oh, well... maybe someday.
We used the Fifth Edition rules, based on Chaosium's Basic Role-Playing (BRP)... maybe that's why the campaign fell apart. I still haven't decided which system I'd use if I ever revisited this campaign.
At any rate, here are the scenarios I prepared back then. Note that Part Two - "Traffic" is fairly incomplete. Maybe I'll get around to finishing it at some point.

REoA is a five-part historical campaign. The characters are trying to stop an insane sorcerer, and they reincarnate into a new set of hosts for each scenario. Click on the image to link to the game. It's seriously epic, and you should check it out.
This is my current project... hoping to get started in June, 2012. Against my own better judgment, I decided to use Risus: The Anything RPG. Below are the Investigator sheets for the first scenario, as well as my tacked-on Risus rules for Fallout, Sanity, and hippie-dippy Drama Points.
